DealflowBridge

How DealflowBridge.com works

Every tool you need to source, evaluate, and invest

Sponsors publish offerings with AI-extracted terms, connect their CRM, and manage investor relationships through private clubs. Investors review deals, take private notes, track bridged opportunities, and engage through community discussions — all on one transparent platform.

The core flow

From listing to close in six steps

The platform connects sponsors raising capital with accredited investors looking for private opportunities. Here is the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal.

    1Sponsor

Publish the deal & connect your CRM

Complete onboarding, publish terms and materials, and attach a webhook URL so investor interest lands directly in your CRM or LP onboarding automation.

    2Investor

    Review the listing

See sponsor-published economics, offering documents, timelines, fee tables, risk disclosures, and industry-specific fields — all in one place before engaging.

    3Investor

    Engage: Bridge or Bid

Submit a deal bridge with your desired allocation, or compete in a reverse discount auction. Either way, structured data POSTs to the sponsor's webhook.

    4Sponsor

Work the lead in your own stack

Payloads arrive in your CRM. Score, assign, and sequence outreach using playbooks you already use for every other LP — not a black box on the platform.

    5Sponsor

Subscriptions & documents stay with you

Acceptance, suitability, and closing happen under your offering documents and compliance policies. The platform never holds investor funds.

    6Both

    Reviews keep both sides accountable

After closing, investors and sponsors leave reviews so future participants can evaluate how engagements actually went.

AI-powered listing import

Upload a PDF — AI extracts the deal

Instead of manually entering every field, sponsors upload their PPM, offering memorandum, or pitch deck as a PDF. Our Vertex AI integration reads the document and automatically extracts structured listing data.

One-click PDF upload

Drag and drop your offering document. The system uploads it to secure cloud storage and kicks off the AI extraction pipeline automatically.

Vertex AI extraction

Google's Gemini model reads the full document and extracts deal terms, fee structures, risk factors, industry-specific fields, and even suggested gallery slide page numbers.

Structured output, instant review

AI output populates listing fields like target returns, hold period, minimum investment, distributions, fees, and risks — ready for the sponsor to review and publish.

How it fits in: After the AI pre-fills the listing, sponsors can edit every field, upload additional images, attach offering documents, and configure deal-specific options like bonus tiers and CRM webhooks before publishing.

Two ways to engage

Bridge (direct allocation) & Bid (reverse auction)

Every listing runs as one of two dealflow modes — or starts as a timed auction and converts. Both modes deliver structured data to the sponsor's webhook.

Deal Bridge

Direct allocation request

The investor selects an allocation amount and submits a deal bridge. The platform POSTs a structured JSON payload — listing details, allocation amount, account and investor profile fields — to the sponsor's webhook so the lead lands in their CRM queue ready for follow-up.

Bid (reverse auction)

Compete on discount

Investors name the lowest sponsor discount they are willing to accept. Bids compete downward from a published ceiling, surfacing LP economics not typically available on sponsor marketing pages. When the auction ends the listing converts to Bridge for post-auction commitments — same webhook, same structured payload.

Private clubs

Invite-only investor communities for each sponsor

Every sponsor can create a private club — an invite-only group of investors with shared access to private listings, community discussion, and direct engagement.

Invite URL & password

Generate a unique invite link with an optional password. Share it with your existing LP base, friends-and-family network, or JV partners.

Member management

View pending join requests, approve or reject members, and manage your club roster from the sponsor dashboard. QR invite codes make in-person sharing easy.

Sponsor notes on members

Attach private notes to each club member — track relationship context, prior conversations, or investment preferences that only your team can see.

Private listings

Mark any listing as private so only club members can see it. Run 506(b) friends-and-family rounds alongside public 506(c) campaigns.

Club community discussion

Club members can post discussions on the sponsor profile, ask questions, and get replies from the sponsor and other members.

Sponsor moderation

Sponsors can hide comments and manage the conversation tone. Club rules and norms are published at the top of the discussion thread.

Community & discussion

Threaded comments, replies, and voting on sponsor profiles

Every sponsor profile has a community section where investors can post questions, share insights, and reply to each other — creating a transparent record of engagement history.

Top-level posts

Investors and club members can start new discussion threads on a sponsor's profile — ask about deal terms, track record, or upcoming opportunities.

Nested replies

Reply to any comment to create threaded conversations. Follow the discussion as context builds over time.

Upvotes & downvotes

Community members vote on comments so the most helpful contributions surface naturally. High-signal answers stand out.
