Private investing depends on clarity, boundaries, and honest expectations. This page summarizes how DealflowBridge.com thinks about security, neutrality, and your information—without replacing your own advisors or the offering documents for any deal.
We do not hold investor funds
Subscriptions and transfers happen between you and the sponsor (or their administrator). DealflowBridge.com is a marketplace for discovery and introductions—not a custodian or payment processor for offering proceeds.
Neutral marketplace
We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser. Sponsors publish their own terms and materials; we focus on making listings easy to find and connections straightforward. Always conduct your own diligence and consult professionals before investing.
Accreditation & offering rules
Where an exemption requires it, sponsors are responsible for verifying accredited status and for securities compliance. We provide tooling and flows to support those requirements; legal responsibility for each offering rests with the sponsor and their counsel.
Transport & infrastructure
The site is served over HTTPS. We host on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls suited to a production web application, and we apply security updates as part of our deployment process.
Accounts & access
Sign-in and sessions are handled with modern authentication practices. Use a strong, unique password and keep your email account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us immediately.
Data you share
We collect the information needed to operate accounts, listings, and introductions (for example, profile and contact details you provide). See our Privacy Policy for categories of data, sharing, cookies and analytics (including session tools), retention, and your choices. Our Terms of Use govern use of the Service.
Report a concern
If you notice suspicious activity, a misrepresented listing, or a security issue, email help@dealflowbridge.com. We review good-faith reports and work with sponsors where platform policies apply. For disputes about investment terms or performance, resolution is typically under the contracts between you and the sponsor.
