  • Full-stack or front-end–leaning; we use modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Care about clarity, performance, and security for financial-marketplace workloads.
  • Comfortable collaborating on APIs, auth, and cloud deployment patterns.

Help sponsors understand how DealflowBridge fits into their raise—transparent terms, serious investors, and efficient introductions.

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS, fintech, or capital-markets adjacent services preferred.
  • Able to navigate accredited-investor and private-placement context with compliance awareness.
  • Self-directed pipeline building alongside a small, focused team.

Marketing

Shape narrative, content, and campaigns for both sides of the marketplace—without overpromising returns or crossing regulatory lines.

  • Strong writing and channel judgment (web, email, events, partnerships).
  • Comfort working with legal/compliance guardrails for investment-related messaging.
  • Interest in private markets, real assets, and long-term brand trust.

Leadership

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Own technical vision, architecture, and execution as we scale the platform—security, reliability, and pragmatic delivery.

  • Prior experience leading engineering in growth-stage product companies.
  • Hands-on enough to steer stack choices and review critical paths.
  • Excited to build a disciplined engineering culture in a regulated-adjacent domain.

Leadership

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Run day-to-day operations across people, processes, and vendor relationships so the company can scale with clarity.

  • Experience operating a small but fast-moving organization (or key function within one).
  • Comfort with metrics, budgeting, and cross-functional prioritization.
  • Interest in marketplace, fintech, or capital-formation businesses.

Leadership · Compliance

Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Lead the compliance program for evaluating and standing up a registered broker-dealer, including SEC registration and ongoing FINRA membership obligations, in close coordination with outside counsel.

  • Deep experience with broker-dealer rulebooks, supervisory structures, and regulatory exams.
  • Track record supporting or leading BD formation, policies, and control frameworks.
  • Ability to partner with product and engineering on controls without freezing shipping.
