DealflowBridge.com is a neutral marketplace where sponsors list private investment opportunities and investors review published terms and connect directly. We built it for people who want clarity and tangible economics—not another feed to watch all day.

Konrad Janica
I've spent much of my career building software at Google and Microsoft. DealflowBridge comes from the investing side of my life: I find private holdings easier to live with than public stocks, which too often mean constant monitoring and an emotional rollercoaster tied to daily prices.
For me, cashflow is king—regular distributions make an investment feel better in day-to-day life than watching a brokerage balance bounce around. I want sponsor-underwritten targets and exposure to real-world assets, not just another database row in the void.
Many private offerings, especially in real asset strategies, also come with tax deductions and structuring that I've found more favorable than a typical stock-heavy portfolio—though treatment depends entirely on the deal and your own situation, so always confirm with a tax professional.
That outlook turned into a product: one place to discover offerings, compare structure and terms as published by sponsors, and move forward when it makes sense for you and your advisors.
What we are
A marketplace for listings and introductions. Sponsors publish terms; investors request to participate on those terms. We stay neutral and do not hold investor funds.
What we care about
Transparency in how deals are presented, respect for accreditation rules where they apply, and a calmer path for capital than reacting to every market tick.
